We ask that all patients provide at least 24hrs notice for cancellations. Please notify the office as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. A fee of $30 may be applicable for general missed appointments and up to $300 for a missed consultation. Patients may be discharged from the clinic after 3 missed appointments. 

Please notify the office as soon as you are able. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may not be able to be seen that day and may be offered a rescheduled appointment.

As a pediatrics clinic, we see patients up to 16 years of age.

Cedar Grove Pediatrics believes in inclusivity and mutual respect. There is a zero tolerance policy in place in regards to threatening/aggressive language or behaviour towards staff or other patients. Behaviour of this kind is subject to immediate discharge from the clinic.
